About Umi
UMI by Vikram Garg is a modern fine-dining restaurant in the lobby of Halepuna Waikiki, across from Halekulani in Honolulu. Created by internationally acclaimed chef Vikram Garg, UMI celebrates the ocean’s harvest through a seafood-centered menu that showcases seasonal ingredients, global culinary influences, and progressive techniques. The experience blends French training, Japanese inspiration, and Hawaiian character, with an emphasis on exceptional ingredients from both land and sea.
Guests can explore breakfast, dinner, tasting, and beverage menus, or request a bespoke Chef’s Table experience.
