Foundation of Goodness is a holistic rural development model that aims to bridge the urban-rural divide in Sri Lanka. With 10 empowerment divisions spanning across 900+ villages, they have reached over 307,000+ beneficiaries in 2022 alone. The organization runs 15 Empowerment Centres that provide various services free of cost.

Their empowering divisions cover a wide range of areas such as Women's Empowerment, Enterprise and Business Skills Development, Language and Arts, Special Needs, Sports Development, Medical, Dental, and Psychosocial Support, Children and Youth, Environment and Water, and Rural Welfare and Development. Foundation of Goodness also operates Good News Radio, where you can tune in every Saturday and listen to their past shows. Additionally, they offer sustainable solutions to tackle the economic crisis, including Medical Crisis projects, feeding the hungry, and providing goodness boxes and school packs.
