Unconventional Baker is a baking and recipe brand created by Audrey, a baker, blogger, and author focused on simple, wholesome, and allergy-friendly desserts. Its recipes are always vegan, gluten-free, and free from refined sugar, offering options for a range of occasions, from everyday snacks to impressive celebration cakes. The site features both raw and baked desserts, including cheesecakes, cookies, tarts, pies, cakes, puddings, and other treats, alongside selected drinks such as lemon, ginger, and turmeric iced tea.
Visitors can explore popular and newly published recipes, browse collections organized around seasonal ingredients and holidays, or search for specific ideas. Featured collections include autumn plum and pumpkin desserts, apple recipes, Thanksgiving treats, and gluten-free vegan pumpkin seed desserts. Raw vegan cakes are a particular specialty, with recipes such as no-bake carrot cake and fruit- and nut-based cheesecakes.
Unconventional Baker also shares baking resources, offers recipe updates by subscription, and provides information about Audrey and her work. The brand invites home bakers to discover creative, fun recipes suited to alternative and wholesome diets
