Uncovering is a wellbeing and personal-development brand founded by Cass Brookes, created for capable, successful women who feel exhausted from carrying too much and putting themselves last. Drawing on Cass’s own experience of losing touch with herself while managing family, success and security, Uncovering offers a supportive space to pause, reconnect and consider what a more fulfilling life could look like.

Its featured experience, Uncovering Her, is an in-person afternoon for women seeking greater energy, confidence, peace and connection. The guided program moves through four phases: recognising the roles and stories that shape identity, naming what lies beneath “I’m fine,” reconnecting with the body and voice, and choosing a clear next step. Activities include nervous system regulation, guided meditation, somatic tools, reflection, interactive exercises and opportunities to connect with other women. Light refreshments are included.

The event is scheduled for Sunday 8 November 2026 at Botanicah in Prahran, Melbourne. Uncovering also references previous breathwork and Reiki sessions, offering a calm, supportive setting for relaxation, self-reflection and renewed self-trust.
