Fondazione Viecca Un Cuore per Milano ETS is a nonprofit organisation dedicated to protecting the right to health as a shared public good. Founded in 2003 as Un Cuore per Milano on the initiative of Professor Maurizio Viecca, then director of the Department of Highly Specialised Medicine and Cardiology at Ospedale Sacco, the Foundation received official recognition from the Lombardy Region.
