Underground Wellness, founded by Sean Croxton, is on a mission to revolutionize the way the world thinks about health. With a lifelong love for fitness and health, Sean is passionate about promoting self-care and taking responsibility for our own well-being. He believes in a holistic, functional approach to health, focused on uncovering and addressing the root causes of health challenges.
As a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist and Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor, Sean is dedicated to helping readers and listeners understand the healing process and how stressors affect the body. By addressing the 5 Pillars of Health (diet, hormones, digestion, detoxification, and immunity), Underground Wellness aims to balance and restore the body to its natural state of harmony and well-being. Sean's mission extends beyond the written and spoken word - he also runs a popular YouTube channel, hosts a highly downloaded health radio show, and educates students as an instructor for the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Live Course.
