About Edición Universitaria
Edición Universitaria, also known as UNE (Unión de Editoriales Universitarias Españolas), is an association that represents the publishing and publication services of Spanish universities and research centers. They offer a wide range of products and services to support the academic community. UNE provides a platform called Unebook, which offers a comprehensive collection of over 14,000 digital books from the Service of Publications at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
Additionally, they facilitate scientific exchanges and promote open access production to enhance the dissemination of knowledge. With a focus on quality, UNE has introduced the Sello CEA-APQ (Quality Seal in Academic Publishing) to recognize and endorse the scientific quality of academic publications. They also organize events such as book presentations, competitions, and training courses.
