Une histoire du conflit politique is a digital project exploring elections and social inequalities in France from 1789 to 2022, presented alongside a book of the same name. The site makes historical political and socioeconomic data accessible through interactive visual tools. Visitors can map voting results and indicators of wealth, such as income and property assets, across France and over time.

They can also examine how a specific commune has voted over two centuries and compare its position in the distribution of wealth with national averages. A further feature explores how election results for different political currents vary according to the wealth of municipalities. The project offers the book for purchase, provides access to visualizations of its data, and allows users to download the full dataset and an infographic.
