Uneton48 is the largest short film challenge in the Nordics, aiming to foster creativity and bring people together through the art of filmmaking. They offer an exciting opportunity for filmmakers to showcase their talent and storytelling skills. Uneton48 features a diverse range of films created within a tight 48-hour timeframe during the challenge weekend. Each participating team is assigned a theme and must produce a maximum 5-minute documentary film based on that theme. The resulting films then make their premieres at the esteemed Rakkautta & Anarkiaa -festivaali, specifically during the 20th and 21st of September 2023 at Cinema Orion.

Uneton48 also offers Uneton48Docs – the documentary version of the popular challenge. After a hiatus of a few years, Uneton48Docs is making a comeback, giving documentary filmmakers a chance to showcase their unique perspectives and capture captivating stories from our world.
