UngTrivsel is a Danish support organization for children, young people, parents, pregnant people and other adults affected by a family member’s alcohol or drug use. Its aim is to help people find support, community and someone to talk to, even if they are unsure what kind of help they need. The organization offers free guidance and several ways to connect.

En Til En provides therapeutic conversations for people whose everyday lives are affected by a loved one’s substance use. Ung Til Ung offers young people volunteer-led digital communities, anonymous chat and group counselling. Flere Til Flere provides group programmes for relatives facing similar challenges.

UngTrivsel also shares information about topics such as addiction, codependency and the experiences of siblings, helping visitors better understand difficult family situations.
