UNIC produces various Japanese-language materials, including booklets, pamphlets, newsletters, and translations of important resolutions and reports, which are then published on its website. They also arrange press conferences, media interviews, and press releases by visiting UN officials and coordinate events to commemorate International Women's Day, UN Day, Human Rights Day, and more. Additionally, UNIC provides support for research on UN documents, handles inquiries related to photos and videos, and offers internships to provide hands-on experience in public relations.

UNIC also supports visiting UN officials by coordinating with the government, NGOs, media, and providing information to the UN headquarters on important domestic political and economic situations
