With Unikum, you'll have access to assessments, career guidance, training, and preparatory resources that will benefit you in the job market. Our goal is to make your journey as secure as possible, which is why our job advisors provide personalized and close supervision throughout the program.
We assess your interests, resources, and motivation to ensure that you have the best chance of finding employment quickly. Additionally, we have expertise in identifying opportunities for skills enhancement and education if it aligns with your plan through NAV. We work closely with employers to provide you with opportunities to try out different job roles.
