UnionBaseballSystems

Union Baseball Systems is a San Diego-based baseball training organization founded and run by former college teammates. It provides progressive, pro-style, baseball-specific development for athletes seeking to improve their skills and pursue goals at youth, high-school, collegiate, and professional levels. Training begins with an individual assessment that can include movement screening, athletic testing, and baseball-specific data capture, followed by a personalized long-term plan.

Services include pitching development focused on velocity, command, repeatability, and feel; hitting instruction designed to improve power and consistency; and baseball-specific strength and conditioning. The organization also offers youth development for players under 12, individual lessons in hitting, pitching, strength, or combinations, and membership programs for middle and high school athletes. College and professional offseason training, recruiting assistance for high school players, and remote baseball or softball coaching extend its offerings.

Union operates facilities in Kearny Mesa and San Marcos, serving San Diego and North San Diego County
