ASPESI Unione Immobiliare è l'Associazione Nazionale tra le Società di Promozione e Sviluppo Immobiliare, aderente a CONFEDILIZIA. Nata nel 1993 a Milano per riunire gli imprenditori del settore immobiliare e rappresentarne gli interessi, associa in prevalenza le società che investono in iniziative di valorizzazione, sviluppo e recupero di fabbricati e aree edificabili. Associa, inoltre, aziende e studi professionali di servizi immobiliari, industrie che lavorano per l’edificio, property companies e associazioni del settore. Per rappresentare gli interessi degli Associati anche sul territorio, l’Associazione ha istituito i gruppi territoriali ASPESI MILANO (2010), ASPESI TORINO (2013), ASPESI ROMA (2017) e ASPESI TRIVENETO (2022) al fine di promuovere i rapporti con le istituzioni pubbliche e private regionali e locali, offrire ai Soci e ai loro collaboratori opportunità di crescita tecnico-professionale, creare per loro occasioni di incontro e confronto con gli altri operatori – imprenditoriali e professionali – e con i principali esponenti politico-culturali del territorio. Dal 2021 ha allargato i suoi obiettivi di rappresentanza del settore divenendo anche UNIONE IMMOBILIARE.

About ASPESI

ASPESI-UNIONE IMMOBILIARE is a national association that represents and brings together real estate entrepreneurs, companies, and professionals. It was founded in Milan in 1993 and is affiliated with CONFEDILIZIA. ASPESI primarily associates companies that invest in the development, enhancement, and recovery of buildings and building areas.

It also includes real estate service companies, building industries, property companies, and sector associations. To effectively represent its members' interests, the association has established territorial groups in Milan, Turin, Rome, Cuneo, and the Triveneto region. These groups foster relationships with regional and local public and private institutions, provide growth opportunities for members, and facilitate networking with other industry professionals and key political and cultural figures.
