Unipol Student Homes

Unipol Student Homes is a unique student housing charity that has been established since 1975. Our mission is to help students find the best housing options available to them. We offer a range of products and services to assist students in their search for accommodation.

For students looking to rent directly from us, we provide housing in Leeds, Nottingham, and Bradford. Additionally, we offer an online service for students who cannot physically be present in these areas to find a house. Unipol is not just a housing provider; we are involved in every aspect of student housing, including information, advice, policy development, and setting and measuring standards.

We are dedicated to promoting safety, wellbeing, and community within our accommodations. As a charity, we prioritize transparency, accountability, and ethical practices. We provide free advice services to students, offer tips and in-depth information on our website, and recognize and promote high-quality buildings and management through our robust accreditation schemes.

At Unipol, we strive to make the housing process as easy and accessible as possible for students, while prioritizing their safety, wellbeing, and overall experience
