Unique State Art Space

Unique State is a creative art space in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, on Wiradjuri Country. Its printmaking hub supports regional creative practice through community engagement, skills development and art for well-being. The studio offers workshops for adults and young people, including printmaking, paper dyeing, cyanotype and seasonal craft activities, with community outreach also available. Small workshop groups help foster creative skills and peer interaction.

Unique State provides art therapy in a safe, supportive setting with registered art therapist Elaine Sullivan (Camlin), offering group, community and one-to-one sessions. Its shop stocks specialist printmaking and drawing materials, such as lino and etching tools, rollers, pens, kits and premium rag papers, with local delivery or pickup available. The space also represents local, regional and national artists working with paper, offering original prints and drawings, including linocuts, etchings, lithographs and screenprints. For creative building and play, Unique State runs a dedicated space for Lego enthusiasts, with private parties and school holiday sessions.
