UnIT Skills is an intensive training initiative run by a team from an accredited IT company in Novosibirsk’s Akademgorodok. It helps aspiring professionals prepare for entry-level roles through practical learning, expert mentoring, and work on real company projects. The company develops technology products and applications for entertainment, leisure, work, and creativity, as well as two- and three-dimensional games.

Its one-month programs focus on UX/UI design and 2D art. The UX/UI course covers interface design, user experience, and planning the structure of mobile applications. The 2D Art course introduces participants to game production, from UX planning to creating artwork for app store releases. Classes take place in the evenings at the IT cluster’s office on Inzhenernaya Street, where participants work alongside the team and receive guidance from experienced specialists.

The intensive is intended for graduates and master’s students, including candidates without professional IT experience. Participants who demonstrate strong performance may be offered a position with the company; employment is a possibility rather than a guarantee.
