United Allergy Services (UAS) is a healthcare services company that helps medical practices expand access to allergy testing and immunotherapy. Founded in 2009, UAS works with more than 2,500 practitioners across over 20 states, providing services and operational support for allergy care in providers’ offices.

Its offerings include minimally invasive, needle-free environmental allergy testing for 54 allergens, such as pollen, mold, pet dander, and dust mites, as well as food allergy testing for up to 23 foods. UAS also supports subcutaneous immunotherapy, or allergy shots, and personalized sublingual immunotherapy through Allergy Allay Drops®. Treatment plans are based on test results, patient history, and provider orders.

Practices can choose a UAS-staffed allergy center or a self-managed kit package. Depending on the model, support may include trained on-site staff, operational management, customer service, online learning modules, and prescription generation. UAS also offers the myAllergyPal® mobile app for patients to track doses and access allergy-related information.
