United for Health at Berkeley is a non-profit organization working to provide acupuncture and wellness services to students at UC Berkeley. Acupuncture is an excellent treatment for depression/anxiety, stress, pain, insomnia, focus, cravings, and addiction. By providing these services free to students, we are fostering wellbeing and health of the student body. In fall 2022, we hosted our 2nd free acupuncture clinic on campus, serving over 100 students before finals week. In spring 2023, we are planning to host two more clinics. About Hope on the Go
United for Health is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing accessible healthcare and education to all clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Our services include free acupuncture, crisis counseling, nutritional support, and referrals to other medical and psycho-social providers. Since our inception in 1991, we have worked tirelessly with at-risk youth, the unhoused, individuals with HIV/AIDS, and those facing mental health and substance use issues.
Partnering with various stakeholders and organizations, we aim to reduce costly medical visits and needless suffering through education and preventative services. United for Health has received awards for our exceptional acupuncture and wellness services and continues to make a difference in the community.
