United OT

United OT is a mobile provider of Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Case Management services for adults in Sydney. Based in the Sutherland Shire, the organisation serves clients across the Sutherland Shire, St George, South Western Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs, with other areas considered on request. United OT works with NDIS participants, including those who are plan managed or self managed, as well as people supported through iCare Lifetime Care, Workers Care, CTP and private arrangements.

Its services include functional assessments, neurological rehabilitation, assistive technology, home modifications and support to develop daily living skills. United OT also provides rehabilitation case management, helping clients access relevant occupational therapy and rehabilitation services. The organisation invites individuals and referrers to make contact to discuss a referral and determine whether its services may be suitable. With a mobile service model and a range of funding pathways accepted, United OT supports adults in several Sydney communities through occupational therapy and rehabilitation-focused care.
