Uniti per Crescere

Associazione Uniti per Crescere APS is an Italian association founded in 2008 by doctors from the Department of Women’s and Children’s Health in Padua and parents of young patients with neurological conditions. The organisation brings families and healthcare professionals together around support for children with neurological illnesses and disabilities, while promoting inclusion and the protection of their rights.

Its projects and services include school inclusion initiatives, a listening point, support for families during outpatient visits, neuropsychology services, scholarships, and assistance with administrative matters. The association also works on rights advocacy and offers initiatives for siblings of children with health needs, including its Specialmente Fratelli project. Other activities include Insieme per l’Epilessia, a literary prize, events, and a book series published under the Uniti per Crescere name. The association invites people to become members and supports its work through donations, the Italian five-per-thousand tax allocation, charity gifts, and fundraising activities. Through these programmes, it provides a point of connection for families and professionals working to support children and their communities.
