About Univers
Univers is a prominent brand and a public interest foundation called The Univers Foundation. It was established on October 4, 1990, with the purpose of promoting elderly welfare from an international perspective. The foundation was founded based on the aspirations of Zen Buddhist priest Ito Shijo, the founder of Shinnyo-en religious corporation.
Univers strives to advance research and activities related to elderly care through its grant projects. They provide research grants to individuals and organizations involved in elderly welfare and offer support for various activities related to international exchange and human resource development. Additionally, Univers organizes programs such as the Hawaii Social Work Seminar and the Japan-Korea Mind Exchange Program.
The foundation also encourages volunteerism through initiatives like the Michigan Volunteer Training and the Care for the Mind Forum. If you wish to contact Univers, they have offices in Tokyo and Kobe, and their details are mentioned on their official website
