Universitas Foundation, Inc. (UFI), also known as Universitas, is a non-stock, non-profit organization based in Pasig City, Philippines. Founded in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines, UFI is duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Company Registration No. CN201801950. Universitas aims to promote principled leadership and intellectual growth through its various programs and initiatives.

The foundation offers leadership courses, such as the Universitas Fellows Program and the Principled Leadership Course, which provide individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective leaders in their respective fields.
