Unlad Kabayan Migrant Services Foundation Inc. is a pioneering non-government organization (NGO) based in the Philippines. Since 1996, our primary focus has been on empowering migrant workers and promoting social entrepreneurship in the country. We have developed an innovative approach of utilizing migrants' savings for business and enterprise development in some of the most impoverished areas of the Philippines.

Our mission is to equip migrants with the necessary business knowledge, skills, and support to reintegrate successfully when they return home. By providing alternative opportunities to migration, we strive to create sustainable livelihoods and promote economic growth in local communities.

At Unlad Kabayan, we engage in various initiatives such as rehabilitation and early recovery, social entrepreneurship and development, and education and advocacy. Through our programs, we help develop micro, small, and medium enterprises and empower individuals to share their unique and valuable stories.
