Uganda National Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency Alliance (UNREEEA) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that represents private sector businesses and actors engaging in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency to the government. Founded in 2015 by six renewable energy and energy efficiency business associations, UNREEEA's mission is to advocate for a conducive environment for the private sector's involvement in the sector's growth and development. As an umbrella body, UNREEEA coordinates, supports, and represents Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency private sector players through various initiatives.

These include advocacy for a conducive business environment, market building, lobbying and advocacy, capacity building, standards and quality assurance programs, and research and development. UNREEEA also provides application services to its members, with different membership categories and subscription fees. The alliance has partnered with strategic and East African regional partners to scale the adoption of renewables and contribute to sustainable development.
