Unsere Grüne Glasfaser

Unsere Grüne Glasfaser (UGG) develops and builds fibre-optic networks to bring fast, stable internet to communities, smaller towns and homes. The company provides connections for single-family homes, apartment buildings and housing organisations, and works with municipalities to explore local expansion opportunities. Customers can check whether their area is included in UGG’s rollout plans and find information about construction, installation and the technology behind fibre.

UGG’s network is provider-neutral, allowing customers to choose an internet provider available in their region rather than commit to an exclusive contract with UGG. Internet plans are offered through partner providers. The connection process typically includes an application, a property survey, network and in-home installation, and activation by the chosen provider. UGG also supplies guidance and information for property owners, residents, homeowners’ associations and municipalities, alongside FAQs and downloadable materials. Customers can contact the company for advice and telephone ordering, while its service hotline handles general questions. Through its fibre infrastructure, UGG aims to support reliable connectivity for everyday activities and future bandwidth needs.
