Unsurya, officially known as Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma, is a private university under the leadership of the Indonesian Air Force, organized by the Adi Upaya Foundation. Established in 1988 as the Institute of Aeronautics Technology Suryadarma, it evolved into the Aeronautical Technology College Suryadarma in 1989, eventually becoming Suryadarma University in 1999. In 2016, it adopted the current name to highlight its specialization in aeronautics as per its vision.
