Privatbrennerei Unterthurner is a family-owned distillery in Marling, South Tyrol, crafting spirits since 1947. Guided by generations of experience, the company transforms carefully selected fruits, berries and herbs into distinctive distillates, with an emphasis on regional ingredients, skilled workmanship and responsible production. Its range includes grappa, fruit brandies, fruit spirits, liqueurs, bitters and gin, organized into three collections.
Classic features fruit-forward spirits and liqueurs rooted in the family’s traditions; Selection highlights local ingredients and precise craft; and Premium brings together exceptional raw materials, artisanal expertise and the time needed to develop refined spirits. A signature product is Waldler® Original, a raspberry spirit created in 1976 to preserve the full, delicate aroma of fresh raspberries. Visitors can explore the distillery’s offerings at the Enothek in the historic Ansitz Priami, where guided tours and tastings introduce the art of distillation.
Unterthurner also shares cocktail recipes, offers a loyalty card and provides a newsletter featuring product news, offers and events
