Unzan’s Notes is a Japanese personal hobby website for people who enjoy radio-controlled models, model railways, hands-on projects, and music. Rather than presenting a commercial product or service, it shares the owner’s interests and experiences through blog articles, photographs, and accounts of building and operating models.

Radio-controlled subjects are a major focus, particularly submarines and boats, with additional coverage of helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, and land vehicles such as tanks. The site includes a wide range of model-specific topics, from naval vessels and submarines to scale aircraft and RC helicopters. Its model railway section explores layouts, locomotives and other rolling stock, N gauge, narrow gauge, and digital command control (DCC), including sound.

Visitors can also find posts about workshop projects and electronics, as well as Irish music, sessions, and fiddle-related activities. The extensive archive reflects years of varied entries, including hobby notes, events, gadgets, and everyday interests. Overall, Unzan’s Notes offers an informal, personal space for discovering detailed enthusiasm for making, operating, and enjoying models alongside music.
