Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών Παράρτημα Κύπρου

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) – Cyprus Branch is a university campus in Nicosia, offering in-person study in Cyprus. Students can pursue academic programmes taught in Greek or English and graduate with the same recognised degree awarded by the University of Athens in Greece. The branch brings the university’s long academic tradition and research focus to a setting shaped by Cyprus’s history and culture.

Its departments cover nursing, classical studies, business administration and organisations, primary education, medicine, economics and psychology. The university also provides information and support for prospective students, including programme search, applications, tuition and financial obligations, accommodation, accessibility and student life. Students can explore housing options and opportunities for European and international mobility, while the university highlights research programmes and academic achievements.

NKUA describes itself as Greece’s first and largest university, with nearly two centuries of history. Its wider institution includes nine schools and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
