The University of Karachi (UoK) is a prestigious institution established in 1951, covering over 1200 acres, and known as one of the largest universities in Pakistan. Initially functioning as an examination body, UoK expanded to include 53 departments and 20 renowned research centers across eight faculties: Arts, Science, Islamic Studies, Pharmacy, Management and Administrative Sciences, Law, Education, and Medicine. The university supports around 41,000 students and boasts a dedicated workforce of over 700 faculty members and 2100 staff.
