We are proud to introduce the University of Sargodha, which is a major public sector university in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. It started its journey in 1929 with the establishment of De’Montmorency College, later renamed as Government College, which was awarded the University Charter in 2002.

About University of Sargodha
Welcome to the University of Sargodha (UOS), a prestigious public sector university in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. Established in 1929 as De’Montmorency College, UOS has grown into a leading institution with a focus on quality education, creative learning, and productive research. These institutions have facilitated international patents, funded research projects, and linked academic research with the local economy. We are committed to community service and operate a Medical Complex and Research Centre providing telemedicine, pharmacy, and diagnostic services to the university community and the local population.
