UP Engineering Radio Guild (UP ERG) is a student organization that aims to raise the bar for others through humility in selfless service and excellence in academic distinction. With a vision of continuously elevating standards, UP ERG fosters the holistic growth of its members and promotes enhanced communication and interaction among students, faculty, and staff. Founded in 1935 as an amateur radio club by Solon Mathew Dakis, UP ERG has since become a renowned Engineering Organization Excellence Awardee.

Over the years, it has evolved and expanded, establishing itself in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute (EEEI) and incorporating the departments of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) and Computer Engineering (CoE). UP ERG is committed to its mission of being socio-politically aware and academically inclined. The organization actively promotes university-wide academics and social well-being through various initiatives and events like Synergy: Electrical and Electronics Engineering Summit and ERG Cup Dagitab.

With dedicated committees such as EXCOMM SECRETARIAT, ADMISSION, RECRUITMENT, & MEMBERSHIP, EXTERNALS, INTERNALS, FINANCE, and TECHNICAL & ACADEMIC CONCERNS, UP ERG strives to provide a platform for students to excel and grow in their engineering journey.
