United for Prevention in Passaic County (UPinPC) is a county-wide coalition working to prevent and reduce alcohol and drug misuse among youth and adults in Passaic County, New Jersey. Its mission is to build healthier communities through education, training, resource sharing, and collaboration. The coalition brings together residents and community partners to promote awareness, support prevention, and encourage environmental change that reduces substance-related harm.

UPinPC offers campaigns and health education on topics including underage drinking, marijuana, vaping, impaired driving, prescription and over-the-counter medicine safety, and substance misuse prevention. Its programs include community initiatives, youth engagement activities, and trainings such as SBIRT, TIPS, and TOPS. The organization also provides a resource library with materials for parents, young people, and professionals, along with local youth resource and treatment directories, substance fact sheets, reports, and links to online courses and prevention tools. Through events, presentations, coalition meetings, and opportunities to join its network, UPinPC helps residents connect with information and take part in prevention efforts.
