Upahya is an independent, clinician-led mental health and wellbeing platform founded by Aparupa Ojha with founding team members Sonia Mitra and Dipanjan Bagchi, all RCI-licensed clinical psychologists. The organization aims to make authentic, ethical mental healthcare accessible through evidence-based practices, strict professional standards and personalized care. Its services are designed to offer compassionate, confidential support for people seeking a healthier mind and greater wellbeing.

Upahya provides individual therapy to help clients navigate concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationships and self-esteem, while building resilience and supporting personal growth. Couples therapy focuses on communication, conflict and strengthening relationships. The platform also offers interactive, evidence-informed workshops to build skills and encourage positive change, including bespoke wellbeing workshops for teams and organizations. In addition, licensed mental health professionals conduct internationally accepted standardized assessments covering emotional wellbeing, personality, relationships and mental health.
