and Running in Dayton

Up and Running OH is a woman-owned local independent business in Dayton that is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality and service. We believe that anyone can be a runner, and our mission is to create a place for everyone - regardless of their pace or ability - to enhance their lives through running and walking. We pride ourselves on being inclusive, welcoming and appreciating everyone who walks through our doors.

Whether you finish first in a race, last in a race, or don't race at all, you will feel valued and supported in our stores. We also believe in giving back to our community, and offer numerous opportunities to participate in charitable events throughout the year. Our experienced staff are considerate, passionate, and knowledgeable.

They are experts at finding the perfect fit for each individual, whether it's the right shoes, apparel, or accessories. We also offer a variety of training programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. Stay up to date with our latest news, events, and deals by signing up for our newsletter.
