L’UPAV, l’Union Professionnelle des Agents de voyages (www.upav.be) est l’association professionnelle officielle et reconnue des agences de voyages belges francophones. Crée en 1937, l’association participe activement à l’élaboration de textes de lois concernant le secteur du tourisme en collaboration avec les ministères compétents. Son pouvoir de lobbying s’est accru durant la crise Covid ces deux dernières années et ouvre actuellement des portes pour la réalisation de nombreux projets futurs. L’association milite, auprès de ses membres et au-delà, pour une formation continue et adapté aux changements actuels (mobilité, climat, emploi, digitalisation). L’association communique et agit proactivement pour une évolution du secteur dans un environnement mondial en créant des alliances de travail efficaces, en support rapproché de ses membres
