UP Career Assistance Program (UP CAP) was established in 1987 to cater to UP College of Business Administration graduates. Over time, it expanded its services to include penultimate and undergraduate students from the College of Business Administration, and eventually, the School of Economics. Today, UP CAP serves undergraduate, penultimate, and graduate students from both the College of Business Administration and School of Economics.

The mission of UP CAP is to bridge the gap between the university and professional institutions by promoting competence and offering a holistic approach to personal and career development. They achieve this through various initiatives and partnerships with esteemed organizations.
