UP ERDFI, also known as the UP Engineering R&D Foundation Inc., is a non-profit and non-stock foundation. Recognized by the Bureau of Internal Revenue as a Donee institution, UP ERDFI is dedicated to mobilizing support for the University of the Philippines College of Engineering and its stakeholders. Their vision is to be an enabler of engineering leadership and solutions for society, with UPCOE as their premier resource.

The mission of UP ERDFI is to act as a strong partner in ensuring the continuous availability of engineering resources that address society's needs for inclusive development. They strive to nurture the College of Engineering in delivering top-notch engineering resources, orchestrate projects with societal impact, and fully tap into their network of members, alumni, and partners to support their initiatives. UP ERDFI's activities include Technopreneurship, Infrastructure, Faculty Development, Student Support, and Special Events.

They recently celebrated the 113th Foundation Day of the UP College of Engineering, where Dean Tonette Tanchuling led the festivities. Additionally, UP ERDFI has collaborated with MetroPacific Tollways Corporation in a scholarship event for Higher Education Institutions.
