About NHM UP
The National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh is dedicated to enhancing healthcare accessibility for all, particularly for underserved populations in both rural and urban areas. Established on August 23, 2005, the mission aims to provide affordable, effective, and reliable healthcare services, emphasizing community involvement and public health initiatives. NHM operates various programs and services that include Family Planning, Immunization, Reproductive and Child Health, and the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram, which focus on the well-being of children and adolescents.
