Uppersky Gourmet

Uppersky Gourmet is a VIP private aviation caterer based at Paris Le Bourget Airport, where it has operated since 2011. The company prepares inflight catering for business and private jets in a 600-square-metre certified kitchen, following European food hygiene requirements and HACCP practices. Its kitchen is led by a chef with experience in established restaurants, while its operations team brings expertise in luxury services and inflight catering.

The menu features carefully selected, high-quality local and seasonal ingredients, organic where possible, with attention to freshness, traceability, flavour and presentation. Uppersky Gourmet can also arrange tailor-made meals and accommodate passengers’ allergens. Its concierge service sources items including fine foods, caviar, chocolates, macarons, flowers, amenities, galley essentials and kitchen equipment. Additional services include restaurant requests, shopping and courier arrangements, customized printed menus, dish cleaning, storage and cooling.

Deliveries are made directly to aircraft using the company’s refrigerated vehicles, with a high-loader available on request. The operations team is available daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., with flexibility where arranged in advance.
