Uptown Moving

Uptown Moving is a Seattle-based moving company serving households and businesses throughout the surrounding communities and Washington State. It offers local and long-distance relocations, with trained crews handling moves ranging from apartments and student housing to family homes, offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. Services include packing and unpacking, furniture disassembly and reassembly, loading, transport, unloading, and room-by-room placement. The company also provides specialized care for pianos, pool tables, fine art, designer furniture, and other oversized or delicate items, as well as patient moving support for seniors and same-day or next-day help when available.

Uptown Moving promotes upfront written estimates and transparent hourly rates for local moves, with crew sizes to suit different jobs. Bookings include a truck and standard protective materials, while long-distance prices are calculated separately based on weight and mileage. The company states that it is licensed and insured, and that its movers are background-checked and field-trained. Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and free on-site estimates are also available.
