Unija Poslodavaca Vojvodine (UPV) is a non-partisan and non-governmental organization based on voluntary membership, dedicated to protecting and representing the interests of employers in the AP Vojvodina region. With around 28,000 members, including individual entrepreneurs and collective entities, UPV acts as a stronghold for its members both nationally and internationally through its affiliation with the Union of Employers of Serbia. Established in 2003 and becoming an independent legal entity in 2010, UPV is the sole organization meeting stringent legal requirements, making it the legitimate representative of employers in AP Vojvodina.

Serving as the only representative body for employers in the region, UPV advocates for and defends employer interests, negotiates agreements, and proposes solutions to enhance business security, competitiveness, and a favorable economic environment.
