Upward Smiles is the premier provider of compassionate and comprehensive dental care for children and pregnant women. Since its inception in 2012, Upward Smiles has been dedicated to addressing the dental needs of underserved children in St. Francois County on Medicaid, and has since expanded to the Jefferson County area.
At Upward Smiles, we understand the importance of making dental care accessible for all, which is why we accept all forms of Missouri Medicaid and do not charge patients for our services. Our team of dedicated dental professionals has positively impacted the lives and smiles of nearly 25,000 children, offering free mobile restorative dentistry school-based programs, in-office treatment, and educational presentations. To ensure the comfort of young and apprehensive children with extensive restorative needs, Upward Smiles offers Deep Sedation dentistry under general anesthesia at our state-of-the-art Sedation Station.
