Union Retraite Action (URA) is an association supporting older adults, people experiencing loss of autonomy, and their families in Paris’s 9th, 10th, and 19th arrondissements. Through its Maison des Aînés et des Aidants (M2A) and Dispositif d’Appui à la Coordination (DAC), URA provides free information, guidance, support, and coordination services focused on health and independence.

URA helps people identify services and support schemes suited to their needs, and accompanies them through their healthcare journey. It also coordinates the arrangement of assistance and care, while building connections among health, social-care, and medico-social professionals. This joined-up approach is intended to make it easier for individuals and those around them to navigate available resources and organize appropriate support.

The association shares practical tools, answers frequently asked questions, and publishes news and information about its projects and missions. People can contact URA by phone, email, or at its Paris office to seek guidance. Its services are free, and its work is tailored to the communities of the three arrondissement areas it serves.
