Urban Health Solutions is a Philadelphia nonprofit healthcare organization founded in 2000 by community activists in response to health needs in low-income communities of color. The organization works to improve community health through accessible, culturally sensitive care and preventive health education, serving patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Its medical services include adult primary care and internal medicine, preventive screenings, diagnosis and treatment of health concerns, HIV testing and HIV primary care, STI testing and treatment, family planning, and medical case management. Care is provided by board-certified internists and trained medical staff, with an emphasis on compassionate, confidential service and lasting relationships with patients. The organization also offers health education in individual and age-appropriate group settings.

Urban Health Solutions supports Philadelphia teens through programs focused on HIV awareness, anti-violence advocacy, career development, readiness, and mentorship. Its services are available at its South Philadelphia location, with appointments offered Monday through Friday. Walk-in appointments are available for Ryan White patients during specified weekday hours.
