Urban Playground

UP | Urban Playground is a parkour, freerunning, and Ninja Warrior obstacle-training gym serving Central Pennsylvania from its facility at 1005 Briarsdale Road, Suite B, in Harrisburg. The organization helps participants of all ages and skill levels learn movement, develop their abilities, and express creativity in a safe, supportive setting. Classes are organized by age group and skill level to support athletes’ progress toward individual goals.

Visitors can also use scheduled open-gym sessions for free play, practice, and exploration under the supervision of trained staff. For celebrations, Urban Playground offers parties that include private access to the gym and 90-minute, instructor-led activities. Its programming and events include World Ninja League activities, Ladies Ninja, and seasonal gatherings such as a Halloween party.

The website provides class guides, registration, waiver signing, party booking, and a parent portal, along with information for families and participants. Urban Playground promotes movement and active recreation in an environment intended to help build confidence, endurance, and physical strength
