URDAIFIT

URDAI-FIT is a multidisciplinary training centre in Gernika-Lumo, Bizkaia, focused on improving health, physical performance and everyday movement. It welcomes people with different experience levels, including beginners and those seeking support after an injury. The centre’s approach starts with an initial assessment and an interview to understand each person’s goals, needs and any relevant health conditions. Trainers then tailor exercise programmes to individual abilities, emphasizing correct technique, gradual progress and safe, purposeful training.

Services include personal training, functional exercise classes in small groups, nutrition guidance and an ITF Taekwon-do school. Functional sessions develop mobility, power, strength and endurance through structured warm-ups, movement practice and progressive exercises. Participants may train with body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bars and other equipment, as well as use rowing machines, air bikes and battle ropes for cardiovascular intervals. URDAI-FIT prioritizes attentive coaching over unnecessary volume, helping members build confidence and train effectively. The centre is open Monday to Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
