UROPS, formerly known as MFP Services, is the official management entity of the French State Public Function’s Compulsory Scheme, established by the Morice Law of 1947. With 1.2 million civil servant members, UROPS operates as an Union of Mutuelles, focusing on risk management, health prevention, and innovation since 2017. Their innovative "Public Health in Professional Settings" program is designed to provide high-quality healthcare support to civil servants.

UROPS plays a critical role as a conduit for the National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM), disseminating national health programs and initiatives while promoting actions that address the unique health behaviors associated with public service.
