The Urtikariaverband is an independent association supporting people affected by urticaria, angioedema and mast-cell conditions such as mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). Its work helps people make sense of symptoms, medical findings and everyday challenges, offering time for questions and practical guidance on next steps in diagnosis and treatment.

The association provides individual online consultations, including advice on these conditions, as well as psychological counselling, nutrition guidance, supervision and Spiritual Care. Monthly online workshops combine information with practical exercises, covering topics such as urticaria and angioedema, the nervous system, EFT and meditation. The website also offers accessible articles informed by research and practice. Peer exchange groups give people a place to share experiences and everyday strategies.

The Urtikariaverband emphasizes evidence-based, holistic support, transparency and independence from pharmaceutical companies, and does not accept their sponsorship for campaigns or events. Membership helps sustain this independence and provides consultations at a reduced rate. People experiencing financial hardship are not required to pay a membership fee.
